John Frausto
John created Topspin Tennis Camps with the goal of delivering high end tennis instruction to juniors in a one day, high intensity environment. John holds both a USPTA Elite Professional and MTM Master Professional status. He received the prestigious 2012 USPTA Midwest Facility Manager of the Year and 2006 Wisconsin Teaching Professional of the Year awards. He was the former Head Men’s and Women’s Tennis Coach at Marian University in Fond du Lac, WI and was awarded by his peers the 2007 Northern Athletic Conference Women’s Coach of the Year. In his first four years, he led the Sabre Tennis Team to four consecutive winning seasons, a first in school history.
John has presented at the Wisconsin and Ohio High School Tennis Association conventions and produced an instructional DVD, “53 Drills for Better Tennis” with friend and mentor Oscar Wegner. John has over 25 years experience in the tennis industry and has worked with several state, sectional and nationally ranked players.

The Razor brings high energy and a wealth of experience to Topspin Tennis Camps. He has been playing tennis for over 35 years and has competed competitively in USTA Senior events. He may bring out his patented “Drop Shot/Lob” combo at the camp for the students.
The Razor will often compete in the mini-tennis championships and various drills with the juniors. He is an inspiration to all of us, especially since he competes in his wind pants and long sleeve
